Have been using @nprofile…l95j for a day and I already feel freer using it. There is something so freeing knowing big brother isn’t saving every single thought while interacting with the ai.
It’s like first using Kagi for search compared to google.
Now just trying to figure out how to get it running in place of cursor and trying to get a clawbot up and running on a VPS.
Is goose the best replacement for cursor if using maple as the ai interface?

S&S and Quick and the Dead is all I’ve done for strength training for the last 8 years and have been staying strong with no pain. Highly recommended.
Can grease the groove with pull ups and push ups occasionally to change it up.

I’ve done one 18 day pile that didn’t work well (I needed to keep going but went on travel and it died).
This year I did a class with @nprofile…3am6 using his modified bioreactor method. That one takes a year to fully mature so I’m excited to see results in Feb. It’s a bit more work up front but then just watering from there. If you have the time and space, seems like a good modality to try out.

So you’re using solar panels and a battery for power or did you make a solar dehydrator that directly uses the suns heat? The panels make sense if you already had a powered setup. I’ve been wanting to make a Solar dehydrator that’s passive though, just uses glass and a cabinet to test out how it works. I’ve also seen Solar ovens using the same idea which look pretty cool.

I think people often confuse simple and easy. Simple doesn’t equal easy. Many of the hardest things in life are simple.

Be thankful.
Keep income > expenses.
Don’t eat industrial sludge.
Stay humble and stack sats.
Really simple concepts to understand, difficult to execute consistently. Sometimes one mistake will have consequences stretching out for years.

I didn’t see anyone talk about the Lost Fleet series by Jack Campbell. If you like space operas it’s a good one.
Love the daemon books by Daniel Suarez.
Murderbot series by Martha Wells is fun.
If you’re into litRPG at all, I really enjoyed the Cradle series by Will Wight. First book is slow but the series picks up and has good pacing after that.

Dr. Ardis's nicotine protocol has worked wonders for me and friends getting energy back and defeating other long covid symptoms. His venom theory of COVID and some other modern diseases is interesting to say the least.
There are lots of interviews he has done about it, but bottom line, wear a 7 mg nicotine patch (often sold in the US as stage 3 patches) for a week. COVID / Spike protein bind to the nicotine receptors in your body, so wearing a patch for 7 days floods the body with enough nicotine that the spike proteins get flushed out of the system.
You can use it prophylactically also. So adding nicotine patches, gum, or maybe some nicotine plants to your garden might be another good tool in the toolbox!
