1. Reach your own devices
2. Use only a wireguard egress to access the internet.
3. Change egress/exit ip from your phone.
4. Works with android block all non-vpn connections.
5. Works on windows next to a vpn app.
So many nuances, and there is no built solution yet. I feel like, noone wants this?
