Hmmmm. Not sure I get the full question.
On asknostr.site (and a lot of other sites) you can generate an nsec/pubkey combination when signin in. The key is stored locally (local storage) but never shared with the server/network.
Tools like njump.start allow you to download that nsec/ncrypt in a nice zip package (all client side).
