We use PodHome and it has been good. You just need a like to the RSS and a place to store the files though. My first podcast I hosted the RSS and show files on pCloud (any public available storage should work) and then added it to IPFS Podcasting. Then IPFS did all the heavy storage and it was virtually free. Just an example of a setup. I am happy to help any way I can.
